Questions drivers ask
What is Pilovio?
Pilovio is an Android aid for ride-hailing drivers. It reads the offer and shows the net in colour.
The net is the price minus commission and the cost of the kilometres, using your settings. You still decide.
Who is it for?
Pilovio is for drivers who use an Android phone.
The sample settings are for Morocco first. Reading DiDi and Uber, for Egypt, is still marked coming soon.
Where does it work?
Today it reads inDrive, Bolt and Yango.
Pilovio is not affiliated with those apps. DiDi and Uber are not read yet.
Does it accept rides for me?
No. Pilovio never presses a button.
You tap accept or decline in the ride app. The coloured frame only shows where to look.
Will I earn more?
Pilovio does not promise any earnings.
The figures are an estimate from your settings and what is on screen. The result depends on the rides you choose.
What is the net?
The net is what remains of the price after commission and the road cost.
The road cost covers pickup and the ride, using your cost per kilometre.
What do the colours mean?
In the Morocco sample: red under 20 DH net, orange from 20 to 29.9, green from 30 to 49.9, gold from 50.
In the Egypt sample, in pounds: red under 35, orange up to 49.9, green from 50 to 99.9, gold from 100. You can change the thresholds.
What is blue?
Sky blue marks a city-to-city ride.
It is not a better or worse verdict. It is another kind of trip.
What is the pencil?
The pencil shows the smallest price that would turn the ride green.
It is only a display. Pilovio does not send the price for you.
Is the commission official?
No. The rate comes from your settings, or from the sample on this site.
Sample on 18 October 2026: 10.4% for inDrive in Morocco, 14% for DiDi in Egypt. Check the rate in your app; it can change. In the sample, Uber already shows a net, and reading Uber is still coming soon.
Does pickup count?
Yes. The kilometres to reach the rider are part of the cost.
A fair price can become weak if the pickup is long. See the pickup guide.
How is fuel calculated?
In the app, the cost per kilometre follows your settings and, in Morocco, the speed.
The website calculator uses the consumption and the price per litre you type. It is not a bill.
How does city-to-city work?
Take off commission and fuel, both ways if you count them, then you can divide by the number of seats.
The site sells no seats. It is a sum to help you decide.
Why accessibility?
Android only lets an app read another app’s screen with that service.
Pilovio uses it to read the price, distances and duration. It does not use it to tap. Details are in the privacy policy.
What happens to rider data?
The first name is not sent. Addresses are used to estimate distance.
They may go, with no name, to our server and to Google. See the privacy policy.
How much is the subscription?
The price is not set yet.
The pricing page will say when it is. No bank card is asked for on this site.
Which phone?
Android 9 or newer.
With inDrive, Bolt or Yango. Coming soon on Google Play: it is not listed yet.
Can I use it while driving?
Voice means less looking, but the road rules come first.
Do not handle the phone while driving.
How do I join the list?
The button at the bottom of the home page, or the Drivers page.
Optional first name, WhatsApp or email, city, apps, and a consent box. Nothing is sent without that box.
How do I delete my data?
The data deletion page explains the request.
